The bottom floor of Nine Peaks Asheville is located below street level and may be accessed from the side door on the front porch and down the flight of stairs straight ahead, or the side gravel driveway entry. While you may use the gravel driveway, parking is only suitable for one or two cars and there is no turnaround. The main parking is located on street level. This floor features steps on the entry deck, making it non-handicap accessible.

From the side driveway entry a small foyer greets you, which opens up to the main bathroom and bedroom. Vaulted 11' feelings give an open, airy feel to this floor. The open floor plan living room, dining room, and kitchen offer expansive mountain views. Relax in the living room, while enjoying the 75" smart TV, which features Dish Network channels. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow for cooking meals just as you would at home. The den off of the living room also has a smart TV and the ability to close the doors to create a quiet space to relax in or use as an office space. Two full bathrooms are on this level, one off of the main bedroom and one in the hallway outside of the second bedroom. The two bedrooms feature premium King size beds and access to the expansive back porch. The porch contains two covered areas, with furniture so you can dine outside while enjoying the beauty and sounds of nature. If you need a little more excitement, the garage game room, located on the main floor, contains a ping pong table and foosball table.
